Deadlines
For your name to appear in the main list of delegates, we must receive your registration and payment by 4 April 2012.

Cancellations/substitutions
Fees will be refunded in full if cancellation is received by 19 March 2012. Refunds on cancellations received between 19 March and 9 April 2012 will be subject to a 50% charge. From 10 April 2012, no refunds will be given. All requests for refunds must be received by ICSC in writing. Substitutions can be made at any time.

Next Generation
*Members may nominate a colleague (under 35 years old with less than five years' industry experience) to join them at the conference for a favourable rate. To register for the Next Generation fee, please email jramos@icsc.org

Student Membership Rate
You must be an ICSC student member to take advantage of the student conference rate. If not an ICSC student member, please register at www.icsc.org/student/join.php and then email jramos@icsc.org to register for the student conference rate.
