ICSC EUROPEAN SHOPPING CENTRE AWARDS
2012 ICSC European Shopping Centre Awards winners will be announced by Jury Chair, Avi Alkas, SCSM, SCMD, CLS, Chairman, Jones Lang LaSalle Turkey and the presentation will take place on Wednesday, 18 April 2012.
The ICSC European Shopping Centre Awards are one of the most prestigious accolades in Commercial Real Estate, bringing international visibility and recognition to all finalists and winners. They are an exceptional opportunity for developers, owners and managers to display their competence, and showcase their most innovative projects. The award is not an award for design, although design is one of the judging criteria, but a statement of the overall excellence of the project taking into consideration amongst others: the retail mix, commercial performance, customer services and the centre's successful integration into the surrounding infrastructure.
Every year since 1975, ICSC has recognised excellence in new and refurbished shopping centres throughout Europe with the presentation of the prestigious and highly sought-after ICSC European Shopping Centre Awards at the ICSC European Conference.
