Deadlines
For your name to appear in the main list of delegates, we must receive your registration and payment by 15 April 2010.

Cancellations/substitutions
Fees will be refunded in full if cancellation is received by 26 March 2010. Refunds on cancellations received between 27 March and 16 April 2010 will be subject to a 50% charge. After 17 April 2010, no refunds will be given. All requests for refunds must be received by ICSC in writing. Substitutions can be made at any time.
