Pre-Conference Study Tour to Portugal and Spain
17-21 April 2009

A 4.5 day tour visiting Lisbon, Madrid and Zaragoza before taking delegates to Barcelona to attend the conference.

The ICSC Study Tour of shopping centres across Portugal and Spain will visit stimulating, creative and innovative projects, which have been developed and adapted to fit the business climate, lifestyle and changing demographics of the region. Many have won awards for their shopping centre design or received recognition for sustainable environmental practices, so bring your notebooks and cameras, as there will be much to learn and much to see on this valuable and enjoyable educational experience.

The tour will commence late afternoon on Friday, 17 April, in Lisbon and it will conclude on Tuesday evening, 21 April at the ICSC European Conference venue in Barcelona. Hotel accommodations in Barcelona (three nights) and ICSC European Conference fee are included in the Study Tour fee.
