Local Spanish Council Rates:
If you are a member of the Spanish Council AND an ICSC member: €990 + NO VAT = €990
If you are a member of the Spanish Council & NOT an ICSC member: €1090 + NO VAT = €1090 - With this option, you get Conference Registration plus you become an ICSC member.

VAT:
*VAT Companies that are established and VAT registered in Spain will not be charged VAT on the registration fees/Next Generation Meeting fees/Gala Dinner tickets since these companies need to self-assess for the VAT at 16% through their Spanish periodical VAT return. Please provide your Spanish VAT number. All other companies will be charged 16% Spanish VAT.

Student Members:
**Registrants must be ICSC student members to qualify for the student rate. To become a student member you must apply in advance.

Photo Badge Required

ICSC-issued photo badges are required for access to the 2009 European Conference. The ICSC-issued photo badge must be displayed at all times during the event.

If you do not already have a photo on file with ICSC, there are two options available to submit one.

1) Register Online and submit a photo.

2) If you are an ICSC member, log in and edit your personal profile. Follow the instructions to upload your photo.
