CANCELLATION POLICY

Asia Expo 2009 registration fee includes entry to the exhibition, all lunches, coffee breaks, Welcome Cocktail Reception, and a listing in the Expo Programme Directory (provided registration and payment is received by 1 September 2009.) Fees will be fully refunded if cancellation is received before 1 April 2009. For cancellations received in writing between 1 April 2009 and 1 July 2009, a charge of 50% will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after 1 July 2009. All requests for refunds must be sent to the ICSC Asia-Pacific office in writing.
