The hotel rates listed below have been specially negotiated for all ICSC Asia Expo 2009 participants.

BOOKING CONDITIONS: Deadline for reservation is till 1 Sep 2009. Reservations received after this deadline is subject to room availability and prevailing rates. Hotel reservations and arrangements are the sole responsibility of exhibitors/visitors/delegates. Rates are valid only for the period of 12-16 Oct 2009. To secure your accommodation, a one-night NON REFUNDABLE room deposit is required along with the hotel reservation form. All outstanding balance payment must be settled with the hotel directly by the individual guest upon check out. Any cancellation made after confirmation and before 22 SEP 2009 is subject to one night’s room charge. Any cancellation or shortening of stay ON AND AFTER 22 SEP 2009 is subject to FULL Cancellation charges of the entire length of stay based on your original reservation. All changes must be in writing to Tour East Singapore.
