*Companies that are established in the Netherlands will not be charged VAT on the registration fees/ Next Generation Meeting fees/Gala Dinner tickets since these companies need to self-assess for the VAT at 19% through their Dutch periodical VAT

Student Members:
**Registrants must be ICSC student members to qualify for the student
rate. To become a student member you must apply in
advance.

DEADLINES
To qualify for the advanced registration discount, we must receive your payment by 8 February 2008. For your name to appear in the main list of delegates, we must receive your registration and payment by 1 April 2008.
CANCELLATIONS
Fees will be refunded in full if cancellation is received by 29 February 2008. Refunds on cancellations received between 1 March and 31 March 2008 will be subject to a 50% charge. After 1 April 2008, no refunds will be given. All requests for refunds must be received by ICSC in writing. Substitutions can be made at any time.
Photo Badge Required
ICSC-issued photo badges are required for access to the 2008 European Conference. The ICSC-issued photo badge must be displayed at all times during the event.
If you do not already have a photo on file with ICSC, there are two options available to submit one.
1) Register Online and submit a photo.
2) If you are an ICSC member, log in and edit your personal profile. Follow the instructions to upload your photo.
