NEW FOR 2007

ICSC-issued photo badges are required for access to the 2007 ICSC Spring Convention. The 2007 ICSC-issued Spring Convention photo badge must be displayed at all times in the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Badges will be mailed to those who have submitted an acceptable photo and registered for the full convention program by March 30, 2007. No badge will be mailed without a photo.

If you do not already have a photo on file with ICSC, there are two options available to submit one.

1) Register Online and submit a photo

2) If you are an ICSC member, log in and edit your personal profile. Follow the instructions to upload your photo

Convention Registration Fee Includes:
Access to the Full Convention Program, Networking Brunch, Welcome Reception, Two Breakfasts and Lunches, Admission to the Leasing Mall and Trade Exposition.

Spouse Program Registration Fee Includes:
Admission to all Spouse Program Activities, Access to the Full Convention Program, Networking Brunch, Welcome Reception, Two Breakfasts and Lunches, Admission to the Leasing Mall and Trade Exposition.

Dress Code:
Business or business casual attire is appropriate.

Student Members:
†Registrants must be ICSC student members to qualify for the student rate. To become a student member you must apply in advance.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES

Register by March 30, 2007 and submit a photo to receive your badge in the mail...quick and hassle-free. Registrants who pay the member rate must be a member in good standing on March 30 to retain that rate and receive a badge in the mail. All Convention and Spouse Program badges will be mailed at the end of April with instructions. Upon arriving in Las Vegas just stop by the Registration Center at the Las Vegas Convention Center or at one of the remote satellite hotel and airport locations to pick up your badge holder and program information. It’s that simple.

March 30, 2007
Register and submit a photo by deadline to receive your Convention badge in the mail and to be listed in the Advance Registrants Directory. No badge will me mailed without a photo.

April 30, 2007
Deadline to pre-register before arriving in Las Vegas. Registrations will not be accepted after this date.

May 19, 2007
Registrations will be accepted on-site in Las Vegas.

*To qualify for the member rate, each registrant must be an ICSC member. Registrants who pay the member rate must be a member in good standing on March 30 to retain that rate and receive a badge in the mail. A company membership does not entitle every employee of that company to register at the member rate.

CANCELLATIONS

If you are unable to attend the Convention, you may cancel up to March 30, 2007 and receive a refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee and requests for refunds must be received by ICSC in writing. No refunds will be issued after March 30. Once your registration is cancelled, remember to contact DePrez Travel to cancel your room reservations in writing by fax to +1 585 442 8934 or email to icsctravel@depreztravel.com.

PLEASE NOTE: Nobody under the age of 18 is allowed in the Trade Exposition or Leasing Mall.
