There are three ways to register:

For fax or mail, print and fill out the Registration Form.
Your name badge will not be mailed to you. It can be picked up with the programme directory at the Advanced Registration counter, Cape Town International Convention Centre, on Wednesday, 3 October at 8:00.
DEADLINES
In order to have your name appear in the meeting attendee list, we must receive your registration by 27 August 2007. To qualify for the advanced registration fee, your registration form must be received by 20 September 2007. After 20 September registrations will only be accepted on-site.
CANCELLATIONS
Fees will be refunded in full if cancellation is received by 3 September 2007. Refunds on cancellations received between 4 September and 12 September 2007 will be subject to a 50% charge. After 13 September 2007 no refunds will be given. All requests for refunds must be received by ICSC in writing.
