Cancellations/substitutions

Fees will be refunded in full if cancellation is received by 27 February 2006. Refunds on cancellations received between 28 February and 31 March will be subject to a 50% charge. After 1 April 2006, no refunds will be given. All requests for refunds must be received by ICSC in writing.

Deadlines

To qualify for the advanced registration discount, book by 17 February 2006. For your name to appear in the main list of delegates, we must receive your registration by 7 April 2006.
