accommodations. Preferred rates have been negotiated for delegates at
the official hotels.
Hotel reservation requests must be received by Orient Explorer. Your request
for hotel accommodation will be processed based on an availability basis.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The deadline for reservation is 23 June 2006. Reservations received after the deadline are subject to room availability and prevailing rates.
- Rates are valid only for the period of 9 - 15 July 2006.
- Room reservations are confirmed with a ONE NIGHT deposit made payable to Orient Explorer(S) Pte Ltd, and balance payment by 30 June 2006. In the event that your travel dates change after submitting this form, please notify Orient Explorer immediately.
- Hotel reservations and arrangements are the sole responsibility of exhibitors/visitors/delegates.
- Any cancellation made after confirmed booking is subject to one night’s room charge. For any shortened stay with notification made not less than 48 hours prior to arrival date, refund will be made accordingly. No refund will be made for any shortened stay after check-in date.
- Refund Policy - Exhibitors/Visitors/Delegates who have made full payment to Orient Explorer and need to shorten stay due to unforeseen circumstances and have notified Orient Explorer in writing not less than 7 days prior to check in date, will be refunded accordingly by Orient Explorer’s office or through their travel desk located at the exhibition site during the event.
